Is there more to Jeffrey Epstein’s case than meets the eye?

Following the recent death of multimillionaire convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein by apparent suicide in police custody, many have speculated over the prisons violations of standard prison procedures. Some have even suggested his death may be part of a conspiracy to cover up his links to other high profile people linked to his crimes. But with such theories being pushed by connected parties such as former Epstein associate Donald Trump and even Epstein’s victim’s former lawyer Spencer Kuvin, who even predicted Epstein’s death by suicide following an earlier incident, is there more to this case than the Federal Bureau of Prisons simple assessment of apparent suicide by hanging?

No, These are just conspiracy theories

In the current era of post-truth and fake news, conspiracy theories are becoming increasingly popular in both the mainstream press and on Internet social media, and we are seeing conspiracy theories gain an increasing amount of acceptability and pervasiveness, with the death of Jeffrey Epstein being no exception. We have seen similar conspiracy theories arise over numerous decades, and increasingly they are having real detrimental and dangerous consequences, they have led to people being wrongly imprisoned, led to relative harassment, and wasted large amounts of money on police enquiries and lengthy trials. Similar cases have happened surrounding both people accused of paedophilia and deaths of people in politics or with connections to politicians, and Epstein falls into both of these categories. A scary about of institutional incompetence is the unfortunate but perfect explanation for the death of Jeffrey Epstein, but the fact that it will probably be remembered as more of a conspiracy is a sad sign of our times.

Yes, the connections and the infrastructure seems to go back further than Epstein

The story of Jeffrey Epstein is obviously much more than a lone lunatic, single handily heading a paedophile ring. Investigative journalist Whitney Webb has traced the story of Epstein and tried to find out where he fits into the history of covert sexual blackmail operations in America. The sex offences of Epstein, his link to intelligence organisations internationally, the connections to others known to be involved in sex blackmail operations, and now the way in which he died all point to him having been part of illegal operations that existed before him, and will continue to if no one else is held to account.
